THANK YOU for electing me as your Place 3 representative on Plano City Council.  Your confidence in my ability to represent you resulted in a 56% winning margin.  I am deeply honored and look forward to serving all the citizens of Plano.

 

As your representative on city council, I am prepared to address the challenges facing our maturing city.  As times have changed, so must our city.  We must look for greater efficiency and productivity and find ways to do more with less.  I will be fiscally responsible, accountable, responsive to citizens, and am committed to protecting the fabric of the Plano community by:

> Providing quality services for citizens, especially in public safety

> Continuing agressive efforts in economic development

> Revitalizing aging neighborhoods and commerical properties

As a former executive director of Leadership Plano and long-time community servant, I have the experience and knowledge of the Plano community required to be an effective city council member.  I will work hard to protect the quality of life Plano citizens expect while safeguarding you tax dollars.  I am always willing to listen and am open to fresh ideas on issues facing our community.  Please feel free to contact me any time with your questions or concerns.
